The Bredehoeft name has been associated with fine wood products for over 50 years. Founded by Edward Bredehoeft in 1957 the company has grown and expanded to meet the demands of high quality wood moulding and doors.
In the beginning, Ed Bredehoeft, owner and operator of Bredehoeft Cabinets and Millwork, concentrated on custom cabinets and millwork for the surrounding area.  The mark of distinction of Bredehoeft custom wood doors and mouldings was soon recognized by a larger market. Carefully imitating Ed’s eye for detail and craftsmanship, Keith joined his father and eventually purchased the business in 1991. He changed the name to Bredehoeft Millwork Inc. in 1999.

As the business continued to grow, a new manufacturing plant, warehouse and office was designed and built in 2000 to meet our needs. We are now able to provide a wide variety of custom products, mouldings and doors. The majority of our products are for high-end homes and businesses. Most of our business comes from the Kansas City area although we are expanding more into Iowa.

In 2015 the company was purchased by BF Companies and operates under the Bredehoeft Millworks name.
